TART'S PASTA

Pasta Puttanesca is probably the easiest and tastiest pasta dish I have ever made. The name literally translates as 'tart's pasta', named after its robust, tangy flavour.



You will need:
2 cloves of garlic
1 chilli
Lots of basil
Olive oil
2 tablespoons of capers
1 tin on anchovies
1 jar of black pitted olives
1 tin of chopped tomoatoes
Some fresh tomatoes if you fancy
Pepper
....and spaghetti, of course

Fry the garlic, chilli and some basil in olive oil until the garlic is golden brown. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for as long as possible. Add pepper but not salt, the anchovies provide enough salt. Make the spaghetti and add it to the sauce. Stir in some more basil and that's it HARLOTS!
